| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 25 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO TITLES AND CONVEYANCES. |
| Synopsis: | A community developer, homeowner association, or other similar entity may not collect fees for an amenity that is not available for use by residents in a community development. A violation of this Act (Title 25, § 317) may be enforced by the Attorney General as a violation of consumer law.
